December 29th - Happy 8th Anniversary!

This year we had a great Anniversary! It was a great play day! We loaded the children up and took them to the Treehouse Museum in Odgen Utah. It was a lot of fun! Pat & Dixie and Sandy & Robert came too, as well as Ammi & Ben's children. We were so glad for the adult to child ratio! It was like a great big playhouse. They had trains, play house and kitchen, play hospital, play school, maps, dinosaurs, maps & Indians, different country rooms, paint & art areas, a music area, blocks and American government, castles and dress up, pirate ships and more. It definitely would be a fun place to have a membership too because there is so much to see and do that you can hardly do it in one day!

That afternoon we helped get things set up for Robert's wedding breakfast at the same church building we had our own reception. It was fun to have a wedding to look forward to close to our anniversary and fun to remember that fun day for us. That evening we intended to go ice skating, but we made a quick stop at Walmart and bought each other new shoes and by the time we got to the Ice Sheet they were just closing. So instead we had a fun time driving along the foothills, and then going to the Ogden city Christmas Lights. Only one or two other people were there and it was quite romantic and fun to just be together, to dance in the park to the music and hold hands and see all the fun displays.

I love Brent so much and I am so grateful for him and how good he is to me and how well he shows his love for me and the children. The last 8 years have been the happiest of our lives! And I am so happy to look forward to forever with him. I love you Brent Lee Orton. Thanks you for being mine!
