Geocaching Fun and the Fish Farm

Ode to the Stucki's! We finally did it! We became a caching family! Jason and Lydia Stucki took us caching with them about 4 years ago. We had a great time and knew we wanted to become cachers on our own - but it wasn't until Memorial Day 2008 we actually set up an account on geocaching.com and took Karen and Keith and Mom and Sandy caching with Dad's GPS. It was a lot of fun! We did four cache's in Ogden - one in some rocks in Harrisville, a tricky one at the park that Keith found, and one at the fairgrounds in Harrisville that led us to the fish farm! It was a really great family day! We had a lot of fun! Thanks Stucki's for what you started - we are finally doing it!!!!

I love it!! And, wouldn't you be sad to know that we haven't cached in a long, long time. We got stuck at, like, 300-something. Is the cache thief - or whatever he called himself - still around in Caldwell? The last time we tried caching down there we kept running into missing caches with notes that they'd been stolen. It ticked us off. If you want a good challenge, ask Reed & Judy to point you to the church parking lot near them that stumped us all... well, except for Reed, that is. He was WAY too giddy on that one! :)

HOw fun! We have not cached in awhile. Lydia got us hooked too. We are going to go out soon and do some. Right now it is 105 degrees outside.
